Derek Glass has extensive experience in IT and quality assurance, currently serving as an IT Specialist at Bosselman Companies since December 2013. Previously, from March 2006 to August 2013, Derek worked at Charter Communications in a Quality Assurance role, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with installation and service specifications for customer premises, inspecting network workmanship, and adhering to safety regulations such as OSHA and FCC standards. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from Hastings College, obtained between 2013 and 2017, and an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Albuquerque, completed in 2003.
