Carol Bosshardt

Carol Bosshardt is the founder and CEO of Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC, and Bosshardt Property Management, LLC, which has been operational since March 1987, providing residential and commercial leasing and management services. Under Carol Bosshardt's leadership, the company successfully managed a multifamily condominium development that achieved over 80% rental occupancy. Prior to this, Carol Bosshardt worked as a caseworker at Catholic Social Services from 1970 to 1972, focusing on adoption studies, counseling unwed mothers, and conducting foster home studies. Carol Bosshardt earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida from 2003 to 2005.
