Jefrey Balbada has been working in the sales and business development industry for over 13 years. In 2021, they began working as Sales Manager for Bossjob. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Senior Key Account Manager and Sales Team Manager at BestJobs Philippines. In 2016, they also worked as a Business Development Manager- Enterprise Business at Monster.com Philippines, where they were responsible for acquisition of new business and sales management of existing customers for the assigned key accounts. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Sr. Account Manager at JobStreet Philippines, and from 2008 to 2015, they worked as an Account Manager and Lead Generation Specialist at JobsDB Philippines Inc.

Jefrey Balbada obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rizal Technological University in 2008. Jefrey then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Master of Business Administration from the same university in 2016.
