Joy Bitton currently serves as the Head of Strategic Program Growth & Transformation at BossmakeJoy's Inc., a company dedicated to empowering executive women in their career advancement and leadership roles. Prior to this, Joy held the position of Director of Business Advisory Services at Slalom, where responsibilities included spearheading practice growth, leading high-performing teams, and executing complex transformational programs. Joy’s earlier experience at Ernst & Young as Manager of Advisory Services involved developing a Quality Assurance Center of Excellence and managing business performance transformations. Joy Bitton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
