Michelle Harris

Michelle Harris has over 25 years of work experience in financial management and leadership roles. Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Bosstrack since 2021 and will be joining Amica Group as a Managing Partner in 2023. Previously, they worked at MyEyeDr. as VP, Controller from 2017-2020 and at Atlantic Packaging Corp. as the Global Controller from 2012-2017. Michelle also served as Corporate Controller at Ebro North America from 2002-2012, Director Financial Planning and Analysis at Rite Aid in 2001, and Director of Finance at The MONY Group from 1997-2001. Moreover, they worked as a Business Assurance Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP from 1995-1997. Their roles involved leadership, providing financial expertise, planning, financial reporting, tax issues, and auditing for clients with assets ranging from $72 million to $5 billion.

Michelle Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University in 1995. Michelle later attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where they obtained an MBA in Marketing in 2006. Harris is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and obtained their certification from the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy in 2000 and from the NC State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners in 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the AICPA, but the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unavailable.
