Mohamed El-Araby has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2014, they gained professional experience as a Trainee at PETROJET and Engineering Consultants Group S.A. In 2016, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Agent at Stars Tel Contact Center & BPO, where they managed accounts, handled customer inquiries, and managed social media campaigns. In 2017, Mohamed took on the role of Human Resources Generalist at Hassan Sallam Group, where they oversaw employee relations, created HR policies, and administered benefit programs. In 2019, they worked as a Real Estate Broker at Oxford Real Estate for a brief period. Later that year, Mohamed became a Project Manager at Vortels Exports, where they developed operations systems and managed logistics and deliveries. Mohamed then joined Bosta in 2019 and held various roles, starting as a Sales Executive, then being promoted to Sales Lead, Business Development Lead, and currently serving as a Product Manager. In their role at Bosta, Mohamed has been responsible for sales team management, business development strategies, closing deals, and expanding the integrated e-commerce sales segment.
Mohamed El-Araby has a strong educational background starting in 2012 when they attended Helwan University Cairo. Mohamed pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering there, completing their studies in 2017. Following this, in 2019, they enrolled at The American University in Cairo to obtain a Diploma of Education in Project Management. Mohamed dedicated two years to this program and successfully completed it in 2021. Besides, Mohamed expanded their knowledge and skills in the field of Product Management by attending the Knowledge Officer Career Accelerator in the same year. Mohamed obtained a Diploma of Education specializing in Product Management from this program, showcasing their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
