Pontus Werlinder

Pontus Werlinder is the Chief Executive Officer of Bostadsbolaget, a major residential housing company in Gothenburg and one of the largest landlords in Sweden, since September 2023. Previously, Werlinder served as Chief Executive Officer and Property Manager at Telge Bostäder, managing approximately 10,000 homes in Södertälje from February 2017 to August 2023. Prior to that role, Werlinder held positions such as Project Development Manager at Stockholms stad and Head of Development Department at Trafikförvaltningen, focusing on real estate management and property development. An extensive background in urban planning and property management includes a tenure at Locum AB and Stadsbyggnadskontoret. Pontus Werlinder holds an Architect degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed an Executive program for CEOs in the public sector at the Stockholm School of Economics.
