Ben Peterson

Ben Peterson serves as the Community Design Director at the Boston Society for Architecture since January 2020 and co-directs the Architectural Futures Group. Concurrently, Ben holds multiple roles at the Boston Architectural College, including Graduate Thesis Faculty, Adjunct Faculty in both the Schools of Architecture and Landscape Architecture, and Director of Practice Instruction. Ben previously contributed as a board member for the Community Design Resource Center of Boston and participated in the Envision Cambridge Citywide Plan's Engagement and Communications Working Group. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Faculty at Wentworth Institute of Technology and working as a Designer at Schneider Studio. Ben earned a Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College.
