Aileen Leon-Echeverria

Aileen Leon-Echeverria is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in arts administration and customer service. Currently serving as the Board Engagement Manager at Boston Ballet since January 2025, Aileen previously held the position of Administrative Manager at Boston Lyric Opera from October 2022 to December 2024. Aileen has a strong background in program management and arts programming, having worked as a Program Manager at BEAT from September 2020 to October 2022, and as a Programming Assistant at the same organization. Additional experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Athleta and Marine Layer, a Poll Worker for Florida Supervisors of Elections, and various roles in arts production and administration. Aileen’s education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee, completed in 2020.
