Metincan Suran has extensive experience in legal and international relations roles. Currently serving as a Legal Intern at the Boston Bar Association since July 2017, Metincan previously completed internships at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, where time was spent working with MP Mehmet Seker. As an Instructor for the Yale Young Global Scholars program, seminars on U.S. topics were led during the summer of 2016. Other experiences include an Executive and Development Internship at the Conservation Law Foundation and an internship at the EU Turkey Business Center. Metincan holds an undergraduate degree in Global Affairs from Yale University and has participated in a summer session on International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Education also includes an English Diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
