Timothy M. Murphy is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Nutter, with a focus on patent litigation and the development of complex intellectual property portfolios, admitted to practice in New York, California, and Massachusetts. With extensive experience in intellectual property law, Timothy has held several leadership roles within the Boston Bar Association, including Chair of the Education Committee and Co-Chair of various committees related to intellectual property.
