Jen Barrett Dimarzo

Jen Barrett DiMarzo is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at The Boston Beer Company since September 2020. Previously, Jen held the position of Associate at Fisher Phillips for a brief period and also worked as Assistant General Counsel - Employment for the MBTA from January 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included advising on employment law and representing the organization in various legal proceedings. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Avery, Dooley & Noone, LLP, focusing on employment law matters for government employees.
