Joseph McGrail, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in sales and management within the hospitality and beverage industries. At The Boston Beer Company since February 2005, Joseph has held various roles including National Account Manager for Sam’s Club, Manager of eCommerce Sales Strategy, and Corporate Training and Development Manager, demonstrating expertise in both account management and employee engagement. Prior experience includes positions at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club and Amherst Brewing Co, contributing to a solid foundation in conference sales and food and beverage management. Joseph holds an M.B.A. from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from UMass Amherst, along with studies at Oxford Brookes University and Cape Cod Community College.
