Shelley Smith is an accomplished brewing professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Senior Brewing Manager for Taprooms at The Boston Beer Company since April 2013. Smith has held various positions including Brewing Innovation Manager, Manager of Research & Product Innovation, and Product Development Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Smith was the Director of Operational Quality & Productivity at Maritz and served in multiple roles at Anheuser-Busch, including Packaging Development Specialist and Process Manager. Smith's educational background includes an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, an International Diploma in Brewing Technology from the World Brewing Academy, and studies at UCL.
