Jennifer Carver has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Student Teacher at Boston Public Schools since September 2017, focusing on students with significant emotional and behavioral needs in grades 6 through 8 mathematics. In addition, Jennifer has been a Corporate Project Leader with Boston Cares since June 2016, facilitating volunteer opportunities for corporate teams. Previous roles include a Paraprofessional position at Boston Public Schools, a long-term substitute as a Teaching Associate at Citizen Schools, and two years as an AmeriCorps Teaching Fellow, where Jennifer taught math and elective courses to 6th graders in a low-income middle school. Earlier positions include project management and administrative roles at World Concern and Seattle University, supporting operational and customer service needs. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Middle/Secondary Education from UMass Boston and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Public Affairs from Seattle University.
