Brittany Glenn

Brittany Glenn is currently the Senior Director, VIP Experience, Retention & Operations at Boston Celtics. Prior to this, they were the Director, VIP Member Experience & Retention for the organization from October 2017 to September 2021. In this role, they oversaw the VIP Member Experience Executive Team that was responsible for the year-round Membership and Retention for over 600 VIP Season Ticket Members (STMs). Brittany also developed and executed VIP Membership Benefits and Events, the Service Touchpoint Program and the Annual Renewal Campaign. Additionally, they managed all aspects of the Putnam Club VIP Experience on Celtics Game Nights.

From November 2015 to October 2017, Ms. Glenn was the Manager, Corporate Partnerships Activation for the Boston Celtics. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of more than 15 assigned corporate sponsor contracts. Brittany also built and maintained client relationships with corporate partners and executed and managed contract fulfillment for partners. Additionally, they managed print partners to produce team publications Celtics Tonight, Parquet Magazine, and Yearbook. Brittany also managed Corporate Partner integration with Celtics Email Marketing Campaigns and assisted sales personnel with platform development, presentations, etc. Additionally, they organized Mid-Season and Year-End recaps based on the sponsors’ activation throughout the season and utilized Stone Timber River to gain exposure and understanding of research & inventory tools.

Brittany Glenn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing and Double Minors in Communication & Psychology from Bryant University. Brittany also has a High School Diploma from The Williston Northampton School. Brittany has certification from Life Support Systems in CPR and AED (Adult, Child & Infant).
