Kirsten Trinidad is a Biomedical Engineering PhD Student at Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture (TUCCA) since September 2021, focusing on life cycle assessments to evaluate the environmental impacts of cell-cultivated meat and co-instructing related courses. Additionally, Kirsten is a professional NBA dancer with the Boston Celtics since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles in new product development and technical packaging at Shiseido, as well as technical packaging and product development internships at L'Oréal. Earlier experience as a Physical Therapy Aide at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital involved patient interaction in various medical settings. Kirsten also served as a dance instructor at Icon Dance Complex from 2011 to 2015, where choreographing and organizing philanthropic events were key responsibilities. Educational background includes a current PhD at Tufts University and a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and Psychology from Rutgers University.
