Matthew Bedard

Matthew Bedard is a culinary nutrition professional with extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Nutrition Assistant for the Boston Celtics since May 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Nutrition Assistant with the Boston Red Sox from April 2022 to November 2022. Matthew's early career includes an internship in product development at Nurtur Health, Inc., where responsibilities included developing healthy recipe booklets and researching nutritional tools. Additional experience includes roles at top-rated restaurants such as Restaurant ON20 and Max Downtown, focusing on food preparation and event catering. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and a Combined MS/DI in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Saint Joseph.
