Andrés Holder is an experienced arts executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Boston Children's Chorus since July 2020. Prior to this role, Holder held several positions at The Washington Ballet from September 2015 to June 2020, including General Manager, Director of Artistic Operations, and Artistic Operations Manager. Experience also includes serving as Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater between April 2012 and September 2015, as well as Production Manager at GALA Hispanic Theatre from August 2010 to April 2012. Andrés Holder holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre Design & Production from the University of Michigan.
