Elissa Jordan

Elissa Jordan is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Director of School & Afterschool Partnerships and formerly as the Senior Manager of STEAM Curriculum at Boston Children's Museum since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Resource Development Program Manager at the Museum of Science, Boston, where Elissa managed family engagement resources in engineering education and facilitated professional development for educators. Previous experience in Boston Public Schools includes serving as a Science Specialist and Kindergarten SEI/SpecEd Inclusion Teacher. Elissa's background also includes stage management and co-producing theatrical productions at Divine Stage Works Theatre. Elissa holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from UMass Boston and degrees in Theatre Arts Management and Theatre from UMass Boston and Bristol Community College.
