Emily Derleth

Emily Derleth, M.A., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission and Assistant Director of Alumni Operations at Boston College since January 2021. In this role, Emily has led large-scale family programming events, facilitated partnerships with the Career Center, and cultivated content for career education, producing virtual webinars. Emily also supervises graduate assistants and student employees, while focusing on the promotion of Eagle Exchange and the Boston College Alumni Association Annual Report. Previously, Emily supported various development initiatives within Annual Giving Programs and participated in the 2023 Boston College Amplify program addressing gender inequity. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Boston College and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Hispanic Studies from the same institution, complemented by a study abroad program at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
