James Fingliss

James Fingliss is an experienced professional currently serving as the Administrative Assistant for the Vice President for Development at Boston College since March 2020, where responsibilities include analyzing multi-year fundraising data to inform strategic planning and managing operational continuity during leadership transitions. Prior to this role, James worked as a Paralegal at Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, conducting legal research and improving operational efficiency, and served in various capacities within the Massachusetts House of Representatives, including as Legislative Director, where key legislative initiatives were advanced and the state budget was managed. James holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston College, along with a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the same institution.
