Kathleen Sim Elasmar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in development and research within higher education and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Development at Boston College since February 2015, Kathleen leads operational initiatives for the Vice President for Development, oversees strategic planning for the capital campaign, and manages key volunteer programs. Prior to this role, Kathleen was the Director of Prospect Development Research, where leadership of a team focused on data analytics and research significantly advanced fundraising strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Partner at MaPS, specializing in research and analytics, and as Research Project Manager at Boston University's Communication Research Center. Kathleen holds an MS in Communication Research from Boston University and a BS in Communication from Western Michigan University.
