Mansi Ghai

Mansi Ghai is currently serving as a Bystander Trainer at Boston College, where responsibilities include strategizing support for students affected by abuse, presenting to over 2,000 freshmen, and developing coursework on consent and bystander intervention. As a Masti Choreographer, Mansi coordinates rehearsals, creates Bollywood fusion routines, and collaborates with other dance teams for various performances. Additionally, Mansi holds the position of International Assistant Coordinator, leading a group of international students and organizing events to enhance social integration. Experience also includes mentorship as a Pine Manor Institute Success Coach, a role as a Mutual Fund Management Intern where portfolio management and client satisfaction improvements were achieved, and a Corporate Sales Intern position at VOISE Insights & Technologies Pvt Ltd, which involved sales research and digital marketing efforts. Mansi is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Finance at Boston College, having received a high school diploma from Scholars Rosary Senior Secondary School.
