Noor al-Kiliddar

Noor AL-Kiliddar is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in Cisco Unified Communications and network support. Currently serving as a Senior Cisco Unified Communication Engineer at Boston College since December 2023, Noor previously led the Collaboration Team at Nwn Carousel and worked as a Solution Engineer and Command Center Engineer at NWN Corporation. With a solid foundation in network technology gained from the Cisco Network Associate program and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Baghdad University, Noor has developed a strong skill set in managing voice and call quality issues, monitoring network systems, and handling escalations effectively. Academic credentials include a Graduate certificate in IP Telephony from Northeastern University.
