Rebecca Mitchell

Rebecca Mitchell is an experienced educator currently serving as the Associate Director of Curriculum and Assessment at Boston College since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held multiple positions at Pine Manor College, including Associate Professor of Mathematics and Program Chair from September 2015 to May 2022, and Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Program Chair before that. From September 2009 to May 2015, Rebecca worked as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education at the Boston College Lynch School. Educationally, Rebecca earned a Doctorate in Learning and Teaching (Mathematics Education) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, completing the program between 2003 and 2009.
