Patricia Wheeler has extensive experience in healthcare management, specializing in quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Currently serving as a ConDUCKtor at Boston Duck Tours since February 2022, Patricia previously held significant leadership roles including Director of Performance Improvement at the Hospital for Behavioral Medicine and Director of Quality, Risk Management and Compliance at Arbour Hospital. Additional experience includes senior positions at Emerson Hospital, Newport Hospital, and Dorchester House Multi Service Center, as well as previous roles at Caritas Christi Health Care, South Shore Hospital, and Brockton Hospital. Patricia's educational background includes an MBA from Anna Maria College, a BSN from Curry College, and nursing qualifications from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing, complemented by a Certificate in Radiologic Technology from Northeastern University.
