JP Muncks is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in test engineering and operations leadership within the aerospace and fusion sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Test Engineer at Boston Dynamics, JP focuses on the Manufacturing Test team for Stretch. Previously, at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, JP held progressive roles culminating in Manager of R&D Test Engineering, where responsibilities included leading the operational planning for advanced superconducting testing. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Virgin Orbit and Virgin Galactic, where JP contributed to launch operations and advanced programs. JP's early career involved projects with the Penn State Lunar Lion team, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Applied Defense Solutions, showcasing a strong foundation in aerospace engineering theory and practice, reinforced by a Master's Degree from Penn State University.
