Rachel Salamone

Rachel Salamone is a seasoned human resources executive with over 25 years of experience in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Boston Dynamics since May 2019, Rachel's previous tenure at FLIR Systems spanned nearly two decades, where roles included VP of HR for both the Commercial and Government & Defense Business Units and the Surveillance Division. Rachel has a proven track record in executive coaching, organizational design, talent management, and cultural transformation, successfully managing large-scale mergers and acquisitions. An alumnus of Suffolk University and University of Massachusetts Lowell, Rachel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
