Michael Flaherty is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in affordable housing finance and investment management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP since December 2020, Michael previously worked at Boston Capital in various roles, including Senior Acquisitions Analyst and Acquisitions Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions and drafting syndication contracts. Michael's earlier experience includes positions at Anytime Fitness, Clinton Savings Bank, and AXA Advisors, contributing customer service skills and financial acumen. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
