Shawn Casey

Shawn Casey is a seasoned asset manager with extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP, since March 2021, Shawn previously held the position of Senior Asset Manager at MassHousing from January 2019 to March 2021. As a cofounder of RJS Development LLC from May 2017 to December 2020, Shawn contributed to construction and real estate development projects. Prior experience includes asset management roles at Newmark Knight Frank, where oversight involved a diverse portfolio of loans totaling $5 billion in originated value, and a real estate analyst position at Circle Rental Management, LLC. Earlier entrepreneurial ventures include successfully owning and growing S&R Landscaping. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
