Jay P. Nicholls

Jay P. Nicholls, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Jay P. currently serves as the Director of Trading at Boston Financial Management, LLC, where they have been since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Trading and Research Associate at the same company from June 2017 to April 2021. Before joining Boston Financial Management, Jay worked as a Bond Trader at BNY Mellon from May 2015 to June 2017. Jay P. also gained experience as a Cost of Living Intern at the MetroWest Economic Research Center from September 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, Jay has held internships at Hachette Book Group as a Royalty Intern in 2014 and at WCVB TV 5 as a Sales Research Intern in 2013.

Jay P. Nicholls, CFA, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Framingham State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In August 2019, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. Additionally, they have completed several data analytics courses and received certifications from Coursera, including the Google Data Analytics Specialization and the Google Data Analytics Capstone. These certifications were obtained between October and November 2022.
