Enya Monteith

Enya Monteith, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Boston Gear since March 2021, Enya has previously held positions as HR Generalist and Human Resources Assistant at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from September 2015 to March 2021. Enya's career began as a Pet Stylist at PetSmart from September 2001 to 2016, alongside experience as a Customer Service Representative at Deluxe Corporation from September 2003 to May 2007. Enya holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
