David Young-Hong

Associate Director, Operations at The Boston Home

David Young-Hong is currently the Associate Director of Operations at The Boston Home. David has over 15 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in rehabilitation and long-term care.

David began their career as a Clinic Supervisor at Community Rehab Care in 1997. David was quickly promoted to Admissions Liaison at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital in 2004, where they were responsible for screening patients for admission and cultivating business relationships. In 2005, David was again promoted, this time to Special Projects Manager/Outpatient Programs Manager at The Boston Home. In this role, they developed and implemented new programs that generated revenue for the home.

In 2008, David left The Boston Home to join the National MS Society as their Director of Programs and Services. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of program development, implementation, and evaluation for the Society. David also led a team of over 50 staff members and oversaw a budget of over $5 million.

In their current role as Associate Director of Operations at The Boston Home, David is responsible for leading the organization's operations team and ensuring the smooth running of all programs and services. David has been instrumental in developing new initiatives that have improved the quality of care and increased efficiency throughout the home.

David Young-Hong reports to Christine Reilly, CEO. They are on a team with Fran Murphy - CFO, Jessica Reilly - Director, Nursing Services, and Elizabeth Gee - Director, Social Services.
