Marisa Sparks

Marisa Sparks is a Clinical Application Specialist in Ultrasound at Boston Imaging, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., since January 2023. Prior to this role, Marisa worked as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer at RTG Medical from January 2022 to February 2023, providing services as a General and Vascular Sonographer across various facilities in the United States. Marisa’s experience includes serving as the General and Vascular Ultrasound Supervisor at Research Medical Center from August 2016 to February 2023, and as Sr Lead Sonographer and Vein Coordinator at IN VEIN by Smalling Vascular Institute from November 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, Marisa was a Senior Lead Sonographer and Vein Coordinator at Kansas City Vascular from August 2008 to November 2015, and worked as OPIC at St. Luke's Hospital from September 2003 to August 2008. Marisa holds a sonography degree from the School of Ultrasound at Henry Ford Hospital, completed in 1996, and is credentialed as RDMS and RVT.
