Erica Cavaliere Diaz

Erica Cavaliere Diaz has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in the area of merchandising. Erica first worked at Boston Interiors as the Director of Merchandising from July 2001 to July 2017. Erica then joined Baers Furniture in July 2017 as the Director of Merchandising, and remained in that role until February 2019. After leaving Baers Furniture, they returned to Boston Interiors in February 2019, this time as the Vice President of Merchandising. Erica has recently been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President at Boston Interiors in October 2021. Over the years, they have demonstrated their expertise and leadership in merchandising, contributing to the success of these companies in the retail industry.
