Frank Adamek has over 10 years of work experience. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Super Geek at Kramden Institute, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering hardworking, yet economically disadvantaged, students to cross the digital divide. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Animator and Video Editor at TearScience, Inc. and as a Freelance Animator. During this time, they also worked as a Librarian's Assistant at Wake Technical Community College and a Design Help Desk at NC State University College of Design, where they provided printer and lab computer support, checked out and inventoried equipment, and managed 3D printer jobs. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an AV Technician at Harvard Law School and an Administrator, Helpdesk I, II for The Rockport Group. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Windows Support Engineer at The Rockport Group, where they were responsible for IT helpdesk support for 220+ end users, networking, mobile device management and system administration for the headquarters. Frank also migrated the domain and computer environment from Adidas to independent Rockport AD and planned and executed retail store support policies, coordinating with department heads. Finally, they worked as a Support Engineer and IT Systems Engineer at Boston IT Services Inc.

Frank Adamek began their education in 2001 at Cardinal Gibbons High School. Frank then attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BFA in Animation. From 2009 to 2010, they attended ECPI University, earning an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician, as well as a BA in Electronics Engineering Technology. In 2012, they earned their Master of Arts (MA) in Animation and New Media from North Carolina State University.
