Julia Chapman has a wealth of experience in the IT and customer service industries. Julia began their career in 2006 as an Office Assistant for Creative Materials Inc. In 2012, they joined Apple as a Creative and Red Zone Specialist, where they educated customers to use and understand their Apple devices and software, as well as delivered product solutions and provided exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. In 2016, they joined Boston IT Services Inc. as Director of Client Services, IT Engineer, and Team Lead. As IT Engineer, they provided primary technical support for multiple small-to-medium sized businesses in the Greater Boston area, traveling onsite to multiple clients weekly and delivering remote support, including remote desktop and on-call support.

Julia Chapman has a diverse educational background. Julia obtained a Diploma from Brewster Academy in 2008 after studying High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 2004-2008. Julia then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English (Drama Concentration) and German Studies from Wheaton College Massachusetts in 2012. In 2011, they also completed a German Studies study abroad program at the University of Regensburg, Regensburg. In 2015-2016, they obtained an Intro to Programming Nanodegree from Udacity in Computer Programming. Additionally, they have a certification from Apple Inc. in Apple OSX and IOS.
