Heather Nye is the owner and creator of The Dough Lady USA, a business focused on producing cookie dough and baked goods to delight customers. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Heather has extensive experience as a medical assistant, currently contributing to Boston IVF since June 2017 and having worked at South Shore Medical Center from May 2012 to May 2020 across multiple specialties. Previous roles include positions at Hingham Beerworks as a bartender and Marylous News as a server. Heather also held medical assistant positions at Atrius Health and Partners Urgent Care, along with Harbor Medical Associates, where responsibilities included managing patient care across various medical specialties. Heather holds a certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Clark University.
