Kimberly Noelle Parker

Kimberly Noelle Parker serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Research Growth at Boston Medical Center, focusing on grant application development for federal and foundation funding, strategic collaboration among researchers, and project management for grant development teams. With experience as a Senior Grants Officer and Research Program Manager at BMC, Parker has overseen multi-million dollar research initiatives and facilitated relationships with program officers. Previous roles include consulting at Beacon Health Options, managing research projects at Boston University, practicing as a Master’s Level Clinician, and acting as a Protocol Administrator at Mass General Brigham. Parker holds a B.A. in Biology: Neuroscience from Colby College, a non-degree certificate in Health Policy and Management from Boston University School of Public Health, and an M.S. in Family Therapy from UMass Boston.
