Ouarida Benatia

Ouarida Benatia is a skilled healthcare professional currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the Addiction Nurse Fellowship at Boston Medical Center since October 2023, where responsibilities include liaising between hospitals to create fellowship opportunities and managing confidential materials. In a previous role as Lead Program Coordinator at the Grayken Center for Addiction, Ouarida coordinated numerous medical training events, supported the inaugural Nurse Care Manager Conference, and produced educational content in collaboration with global partners. Ouarida is also a floral business owner at Benatia Bouquet and has extensive mentoring experience with Strong Women, Strong Girls, fostering empowerment and literacy in Boston Public Schools.
