Robert Koenig

Robert Koenig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic programs and operations across various organizations. Since July 2019, Robert has held multiple leadership roles at Boston Medical Center, including Vice President and Executive Director of Strategic Programs, as well as Senior Director of Strategy and Operations. Prior to this, Robert served as Director of Strategy and Operations at the Harvard Kennedy School's Government Performance Lab from April 2016 to July 2019. Consulting experience was gained at Bain & Company from September 2014 to April 2016, and earlier roles include Special Advisor at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a Summer Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte. Robert's earlier career included significant positions at the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Foundation. Academically, Robert holds an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Earth & Planetary Sciences from Harvard University.
