Robin Lucier

Robin Lucier, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Director HR Business Partner at Boston Medical Center since November 2017, Robin has held multiple senior HR roles within the organization. Prior to this, Robin was the Human Resources Director at Injured Workers Pharmacy, where significant accomplishments included navigating complex change management during mergers and expansions, earning a promotion from HR Manager. Additionally, Robin held the position of Human Resources Director at Piantedosi Baking Company and established the first HR department at B. L. Makepeace, Inc. After beginning a career at Filene's, rising through various sales and HR roles, Robin has developed a strong foundation in employee relations and organizational development. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Training and Development from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cambridge College.
