Tracey Britton

Tracey Britton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Organizational Development & Effectiveness at Boston Medical Center since March 2023, Tracey has held multiple senior roles in the same department. Prior to BMC, Tracey worked as Vice President of Organizational & Leadership Development at Starry, Inc., where strategic partnerships were established with business leaders. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff/People at Good Sports, Inc., and Managing Partner at Edgework Consulting, Inc., where emphasis was placed on HR strategy and executive consulting for high-growth companies. Tracey also coordinated DEI programs at Northeastern University, fostering a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Tracey holds a Master of Science in Sport Psychology from Ithaca College and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology from the University at Buffalo.
