Carla Block

Carla Block has worked in the Human Resources field since 1996. Her work experience includes Human Resource Manager at Midway Games from 1996 to 2002, Human Resources Director at High Moon Studios from 2002 to 2009, Human Resources Consultant as an Independent HR Consultant from 2009 to 2011, Human Resources Director at SustainX from 2011 to 2014, and Employee Relations Manager at Eastern Propane & Oil from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Boston Metal.

Carla Block has a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Carla also has a Certificate of Human Resources from San Diego State University. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2015.
