Cindy Zelman

Cindy Zelman is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Boston Mutual Life Insurance since November 2020, Cindy leads a system replacement project. Previously, at Onyx Data Solutions from September 2017 to November 2020, Cindy authored functional requirements documents for key systems during a significant regulatory update and collaborated with clients on new project requirements. At Boston Financial Data Services, from September 2009 to June 2017, Cindy enhanced operational efficiency by mapping workflows and managing process improvement projects. Cindy holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Pine Manor College, a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Stonehill College.
