Michele Simmons

Michele Simmons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process analysis and customer relations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst at Boston Mutual Life Insurance since November 2013, Michele conducts thorough analyses to identify inefficiencies and develops comprehensive process maps and documentation.
