Michelle Kern

Michelle Kern has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle is currently working as the Senior Director of External Affairs and Corporate Communications at Boston Mutual Life Insurance since November 2020. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Onyx Data Solutions from 2015 to 2020, including Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Delivery, Delivery Services Manager, and Business Development Manager. Before joining Onyx Data Solutions, Michelle worked at Optis from 2005 to 2015. Michelle'sroles at Optis included Marketing & Communications Manager, Corporate Administrator, Executive Assistant to the President and Vice President, Project Administrator, and Marketing Specialist. Michelle also had a Marketing Internship at the Colorado Department of Agriculture Markets Division in 2005.

Additionally, Michelle has obtained several certifications, including ISO 20000 Foundation - IT Service Certification from ISO - International Organization for Standardization in September 2020, Six Sigma Lean Methodology & Tools from Six Sigma in August 2020, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma in August 2018.
