Robert Dignazio

Robert Dignazio has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades in the insurance industry. Robert began their career at Sun Life Financial in 1991 as an Underwriting Director and eventually became the AVP of Underwriting, overseeing all underwriting operations for Group Life/AD&D, Group Disability, and Group Dental products. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of AVP of Internal Sales, where they led teams focused on marketing group benefits in the under 50 life market and the design and execution of the Internal Sales Desk team. In 2018, Robert joined Boston Mutual Life Insurance as the Vice President of Business Development, responsible for driving profitable growth in new and existing sales territories through internal sales execution, data analysis and metrics, and product development.

Robert Dignazio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Guilford College, where they were enrolled from 1979 to 1983.
