Rushba T. has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates since July 2023. Prior roles include a Second Year Clinical Intern at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where Rushba provided assessments and counseling, and a Patient Observer at Mass General Brigham, focusing on patient safety. Additional experience includes internships at Greater Malden Behavioral Health, providing therapy and psychological assessments, and earlier roles as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and Norwood Hospital. Rushba holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from William James College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from UMass Boston. A Certificate in Phlebotomy is also in progress at Massasoit Community College.
